Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the session, subject to availability. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the first session are eligible for a refund to your card (less a 6% booking fee) or a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable and ineligible for credit. If all slots are full, clients may join a waitlist and will be notified of openings on a first-come, first-served basis. Waitlisted clients must respond within 8 hours of notification to secure a spot.
